An official form approved by CI Capital Brokerage for issuing purchase orders for shares and securities not listed on the stock exchange (Over-the-Counter). It specifies details of quantities, prices, delivery terms, and declarations of the client's awareness of the financial position of the issuing company.
This form is used exclusively for executing purchase transactions of securities and shares not listed on the official schedule of the Egyptian Exchange (Over-the-Counter / OTC) through the brokerage firm. It includes fields to specify the issuing company's data, share quantities, status of securities (custody), execution price and currency, as well as the order validity until full execution. It includes legal declarations confirming the buyer's full awareness of the financial position of the issuing company and authorizing the brokerage firm to receive the shares on their behalf after verifying their integrity and validity.
