1. Operator and acceptance
These terms govern use of the platform operated under the name Mohamed Reda Legal Foundation. Final entity registration particulars must be verified before production approval. By creating an account, you acknowledge the version shown below and the Privacy Notice. Mandatory consumer and professional rights are not waived.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity or act through an authorized representative. Provide accurate information, keep credentials and recovery methods secure, use two-factor authentication when available, and notify the office promptly of suspected compromise. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
3. Platform and legal services
Public content is general legal information, not advice for a specific matter. A form submission, account, or automated message does not create an attorney-client relationship, confirm a conflict check, or accept a case. Legal representation begins only through written confirmation or an approved engagement agreement identifying scope, fees, responsibilities, and communication channels.
4. Permitted use
Use the platform lawfully and only for its intended professional purposes.
- Do not access another account, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, disrupt service, or bypass controls.
- Do not upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, deceptive, or unnecessarily sensitive material.
- Do not impersonate another person or submit information without authority.
- Do not treat deadlines or portal status labels as a substitute for direct confirmation from the assigned legal team.
5. User submissions
You retain rights in material you lawfully submit. You authorize the Foundation to store, review, reproduce, and process it as needed to operate the platform, assess a request, deliver an engagement, satisfy legal duties, or review internal content submitted by authorized personnel. You confirm that you have authority to provide it.
6. Confidentiality
The office applies professional confidentiality obligations where they legally arise. Public forms and general feedback channels are not approved for confidential evidence or full case files. Confidentiality and privilege depend on the applicable law, facts, and confirmed professional relationship.
7. Content and intellectual property
Platform software, design, branding, and published content are protected by applicable rights. You may read and use public resources for personal informational purposes unless a resource states otherwise. Republishing, selling, scraping, or misrepresenting content requires written permission, except where law permits.
8. Availability and third parties
The platform may change or be unavailable for maintenance, security, provider failure, or events beyond reasonable control. External services and links have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not activate a third-party sign-in or messaging method until it is configured and approved.
9. Suspension, closure, and retention
Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or administer an engagement. You may request account deletion, but information may be retained where required for professional records, legal claims, court duties, security, or legal hold.
10. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces professional duties owed under an accepted engagement. General platform information is provided without a guarantee that it fits a particular situation. Matter outcomes are never guaranteed.
11. Governing framework
Egyptian law applies, subject to mandatory rights and any valid engagement-specific dispute clause. Disputes fall to the competent Egyptian courts unless a valid written agreement provides another lawful mechanism. This clause requires final legal approval before launch.
12. Language, changes, and contact
Arabic is the primary operational language for the Egyptian privacy notice. The final language-precedence rule for these terms must be approved by counsel. Updated terms will show a new version and, when material, require renewed acknowledgment. Contact info@redalegal.com or +20 122 526 8605.
