Debt Recovery & Enforcement

Scope of service

The final scope is confirmed after reviewing the facts, documents, jurisdiction, and applicable deadlines.

Verify the creditor, debtor, principal, interest or compensation, maturity, performance, set-off, limitation, jurisdiction, dispute clause, notices, evidence, security, and debtor status before action.

Issue compliant demands and negotiate acknowledgments, instalments, settlement, acceleration, guarantees, security enhancement, information rights, default triggers, costs, and enforceable documentation.

Choose the lawful route for the instrument and facts, including payment-order or ordinary proceedings, cheque or commercial-paper remedies where available, arbitration, and urgent or provisional protection.

Build the merits record through contracts, invoices, delivery or acceptance evidence, account reconciliation, correspondence, expert material, witness evidence, and properly authenticated electronic records.

Enforce judgments, orders, settlements, guarantees, mortgages, pledges, and registered movable security through the competent execution route, asset identification, attachment, sale, distribution, and challenge management.

Coordinate restructurings, preventive composition, bankruptcy claims, creditor ranking, preservation and realization of security, recoveries, write-off approvals, and closure reports without using unlawful pressure or misleading collection practices.
