Family & Personal Status

Scope of service

The final scope is confirmed after reviewing the facts, documents, jurisdiction, and applicable deadlines.

Conduct a confidential intake that identifies the parties’ personal-status framework, marriage and residence history, children’s circumstances, urgent safety concerns, finances, and any parallel proceedings.

Explain available consensual and judicial routes for separation or divorce, their documentary requirements, financial consequences, and the orders that may be sought in the specific case.

Prepare and defend maintenance, marital-financial, custody, care, contact or visitation, education, housing, and related applications with evidence focused on the applicable legal test.

Use Family Dispute Settlement Offices where required or strategically appropriate, and draft settlements with precise obligations, dates, payment methods, child arrangements, and enforceability safeguards.

Handle parentage, birth-document, guardianship, capacity, travel-related, and child-protection issues in coordination with the competent family, prosecution, or administrative authority.

Map estates, identify heirs and estate documents, support inheritance distribution or settlement, and litigate entitlement, asset, accounting, or withholding disputes where necessary.
